The designer of the hugely successful childrens show, BOB THE BUILDER, Curtis previously worked on Wallace & Gromit's A CLOSE SHAVE and Tim Burton's MARS ATTACKS! He is also a published author and illustrator, his childrens books including FRANKENSTEINS CAT and illustrating DINOSAURS AFTER DARK. He is currently working on a series of childrens books for Hodder Headline and Harper Collins, all of which are potential film projects. Recently designed, scripted, and directed a series of interstitial animations for Nickelodeon, entitled CURIOUS COW. He has a number of animation/puppet projects in development with the JIM HENSON COMPANY and award winning animation company MACKINNON & SAUNDERS.
