Mike is currently working on a screen adaptation of his hit play THE DYSFUNCKSHONALZ for RRF Productions and another screen project PLATO, TEDDY, KATH AND MAMMON.
THE DYSFUNCKSHONALZ opened at the Bush Theatre in their prestigious Christmas slot in November 2007.

His play, A CARPET, A PONY and A MONKEY opened at The Bush Theatre in May 2003. Mike's first play, TO LIVE LIKE A KING was a runner up for the Allied Domecq New Playwrights Award. His second, CARDBOYS was staged at the Bush Theatre from 24 March 1999.

Born in Lusaka, Zambia, Mike was brought up in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire and moved to London at the age of eighteen. He became an actor and worked extensively in theatre and television. During the many periods of unemployment he worked in a variety of fill-on jobs ranging from cycle courier to "cardboy". He finally gave up acting in 1997 to concentrate on writing full time.
