Tom's first spec screenplay AWAY was picked up by Dan Films with Brad Anderson (THE MACHINIST) now attached to direct.  He recently completed the pilot episode of a returning series, CURTAINS.

Tom has written for THE KUMARS AT NO.42.

Tom’s radio play THE FACTS OF LIFE has now inspired a returning series for TV, THE BOY WHO DID IT, a vibrant and delightful comedy following the path to manhood of Ciaran Tully in 1970s/80s Dublin.

Tom’s feature script SHOWBAND tells the ultimately uplifting story of a rural ‘pop’ band in 1950s Ireland.

Tom has a successful career as an actor, most recently appearing as the title role in THE CRIPPLE OF INISHMAAN (Leicester Haymarket ). His film work includes INTERMISSION (dir. John Crowley, with Colin Farrell) and BEING CONSIDERED (with James Dreyfuss).
