Ben is a screenwriter, producer and script-consultant.

Robert Cooper at Great Meadow Productions has optioned Ben’s first screenplay, THE TIN POT WAR.  THE TIN POT WAR is a tragic-comedy following the lives of two boys growing up in the eighties as their families quietly implode.  

Ben started his career script-editing North Square, a multi-award winning drama series for Channel Four. He joined the BBC where he worked on a range of drama series and script-edited the critically acclaimed BBC4 film, FEAR OF FANNY.  Ben went on to produce THE AFTERNOON PLAYS and The Curse of Steptoe. THE CURSE OF STEPTOE won Best Single Drama at the RTS and was nominated for a BAFTA for best actor.

Ben has a number of TV and film projects in development.

Ben is also a songwriter for the critically acclaimed band, Tunng.
