Helen is co-writing COCK AND BULL, an original drama series for Ecosse Films with Jeremy Brock. Her short film, PERFECT DAY, premiered as one of Sky 10 MINUTE TALES in 2009 and has been nominated for a prestigious ROSE D’OR. Helen is currently writing her first stage play entitled HOME. Helen studied Drama at Manchester University and worked as a Script Editor and Producer in the BBC Drama Dept and at Yorkshire television. As well as developing The Only Ones, a series for Channel four, she has written for Emmerdale, Casualty, and Holby City. Most recently, Helen has written two original screenplays. Kith and Kin, about a monstrous Hollywood celebrity and The Playing Fields, an Ealing style English comedy set in a subversive boarding school.
